The following benefits are available to all employees that regularly work thirty or more hours per week:  

Health Insurance: Randolph Bank pays for 100% of the Employee portion of the PPO 90 plan. Dependent coverage is also available. (30 day waiting period for coverage)

Dental: 100% of the Employee portion is paid by the bank. Dependent coverage is  available. (30 day waiting period for coverage)

Vision:100% of the Employee portion is paid by Randolph Bank. Dependent coverage is available. (There is a 30 day waiting period for coverage)

Life Insurance: Employees receive two times their annual salary in life insurance paid in full by the bank. 

Dependent Life Insurance: Life insurance is provided for your dependents at no cost to you. This coverage provides $5,000 for your spouse and $2,000 for any dependent children.

We offer an excellent 401(k) plan with dollar for dollar match up to 6%. All fees are paid by the bank. (30 day waiting period)

Vacation: During the first year of employment vacation accrues at the rate of .91 hours per month. Beginning the first full year of employment employees are eligible for 11 days of vacation per year. After five years of employment, employees recieve 3 weeks of vacation. After ten years they receive 4 weeks of vacation.

Sick Leave: Employees are eligible for 8 sick days per year, 2 of which can be used for personal reasons other than sickness. Sick time can accumulate up to 100 days.

Short-term & Long-term disability is paid in full by Randolph Bank for eligible employees.
