Description:Assists customers with their banking needs by accurately and efficiently processing their transactions and providing exceptional customer service.
Duties:Assists customers with banking transactions including checks, deposits, payments, and account related questions ensuring accuracy in each transaction.

Ensures that each customer receives outstanding customer service.

Follows all regulatory requirements and bank policies.

Participates in sales promotions and product promotions.

Cross-sells services to maximize the relationship of customers with the bank.

Would be responsible for some back-up CSR duties including opening deposit accounts, providing maintenence on accounts, and other misc. tasks.
Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
Team player
Prior experience in retail or customer service preferred
