| Description: | Performs a variety of service functions for external customers and internal staff members. Answers incoming calls and assists customers with deposit account questions. |
| Duties: | -Answers incoming phone calls for the bank.
-Answers questions and resolves problems for deposit customers; including account balances, check verification, account discrepancies, research requests. Assists debit card customers with PIN changes, lost/stolen cards and questions about card transactions. Assists Internet Banking customers with login problems or general questions.
-Handles returned mail processing.
-Assists with other Deposit Services duties as required.
-Consistently practices the bank’s customer service standards.
-Maintains a professional image at all times.

| Qualifications: | High School diploma or equivalent
Customer service oriented
Good telephone and interpersonal skills
Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus. |
